Pie Square is based at 258 Pulteney Street, a shared space we’re proud to be part of, alongside Intersection Traders and Some Where House.

Pie Square runs as a licensed venue and test kitchen, serving the full menu of deep-dish pies, rotating specials, and flavour experiments that help shape our wider offering. It’s the first place you’ll try something before it ends up in stockist venues across the state.

Right at the front is Intersection Traders, a specialty café and ethical coffee importer that roasts and brews in-house. They’ve built a reputation for quality, transparency, and genuinely good hospitality. Further down the hallway is Some Where House, a taproom, event space and creative hangout that runs gigs, pop-ups and open mics.

All three venues are connected both physically and creatively. We collaborate on events and hold space for each other to try new things. It’s a work-in-progress, but that’s the point.
