We don’t have an inspirational story about deep-dish pies changing lives.
We just saw the potential in building a pie on a loaded focaccia and went from there.
For proper ethical stuff we do (not the fluff-washing commonly bandied about) see Intersection Traders and visit our venue to see our community building efforts in the flesh.
What you already know:
We make pizza pies and other things we probably shouldn’t.
Our flagship store is at 258 Pulteney St, Adelaide, Kaurna.
Our pies are made to make you want to come in and see and communicate with people IRL/I3D. But if you just want food you can order us on a common delivery app starting with ‘U’.
What we’d like to tell you:
We’re not just a restaurant seeking to build community (IRL) and supporting ethical programs such as Intersection Traders.
Pie Square is also a food brand supplying square-ish deep-dish pies to licensed venues and stockists across the state - check in with your local corner store and get them to stock our pies closer to your mouths to feed!
Our food has gluten free and vegan-friendly options and is ethically sourced.
We’re figuring it out as we go, but we’re building a brand that tries to give back wherever it shows up. Pie Square also directly supports non-profit smallholder coffee farmers in Uganda via @intersectiontraders.
